You're a Beast and you're ready to prove it! Beast Mode is designed to push your limits and become comfortable in your natural habitat, a remote trail that has a risk of falling of course. Your inner balance is on point and these workouts will challenge posture and form translating to keeping on the trail or on your bike. Now of course you want to be on the trail as often as possible so these workouts are also designed to be done in less than 90 minutes. Once you've completed Beast Mode 2-3 times start back with Foundation Series and progress again!
