My workouts are designed to be performed in a health club or a commercial gym and takes away the stress of not knowing what to do. These workouts are designed to promote overall core strength, increase athleticism, and improve the muscular endurance that is needed for obstacle racing and adventure sports. Great news, anyone can do them! Each Collection Series contains an Upper Body, Lower Body, and Total Body workout focussing on different training purposes. You can also buy workouts individually allowing you to customize your own program!
