Bring Da Power Series (Lifting Heavy Loads)
Bring Da Power is made to lift heavy weight efficiently and safely in order to gain strength and power. Lifting heavy weight can be dangerous and proper form is a MUST. This series is best done with a lifting partner or trainer capable of watching form. This also one that only should be cycled into you training routine a few times a year. This is the closest thing I make that compares to a "bulking" plan.
