Foundation Upper Body Workout
This includes only the Upper Body Workout from Foundation Series
Foundation series is designed to build a foundation layer of fitness, agility, athleticism and aerobic activity to sustain activities on the trail. It introduces basic Olympic Style lifts and how to safely increase weight. This is a great workout series for someone getting back into fitness or looking to start a program towards progression in mountain biking, obstacle course racing, ninja warrior, or traditional sports like baseball and football. Once you have completed the series 2-4 times progress on to Level-Up Series!
