Level-Up is designed to get you from "doing the activities" to having confidence in your abilities and athleticism and progressing towards more difficult terrain, physically and mentally. Just like a trail system has a color coded guide to help progress, Level-Up is designed to help progress from green to blue level of trails and even dabble on black level of trails. It requires balance and coordination to master this kind of terrain whether you are biking or hiking as well as being mentally tough. Once you have completed Level-Up 2-4 times progress on to Beast Mode!
