Smooth As Silk Lower Body Workout

Smooth as Silk is designed to improve hand-eye and foot coordination. When running on the trails or biking downhill terrain it is important to have proper balance and ankle stability. It is also great to have quick enough hands to catch yourself if you do bail. These workouts are best done with a training partner but can also be done by yourself by using a wall for some of drills that require catching a ball. These workouts will also allow you to recruit more muscle fibers throughout your whole body that go into swinging a baseball bat or hitting an 8 foot gap, enjoy!
