Collection: 12 Week Plan

If you are looking for a traditional 12 week plan TrailFit Fitness offers a great solution by  breaking up training into 3 progression Series. It can be anything from a 6-12 week plan. 

Start with Foundation Series for 3-4 weeks then progress to Level-Up Series. After 3-4 weeks of Level-Up Series progress to Beast Mode. Once you've completed Beast Mode 3 weeks in a row you can track progress and start again.

Another great way to use these workouts are by doing each series for 2 weeks completing all 3 in 6 weeks then doing it again for another 6 weeks. It is all about progressing at your own pace and not becoming bored. Your workouts should inspire you not be a weight on your shoulders.
